With the support of CLAC, we will have opportunities to effectively shape our workplace culture, by defining working conditions and policies, and creating systems of accountability for administration and faculty, which prioritize a student-focused, Christ-centred approach to teaching, scholarship, and service.

We are working for fairness in the spirit of cooperation. We believe in the mission and ends of the university but recognize that we need well-defined structures and support to realize them. Together, we can create clear definitions of hiring procedures, tenure and promotion, academic freedom, equitable workload distribution, and dispute resolution processes, within a framework based on good faith and the Christian values of Crandall University.
